The start of El Valle Registrations

El Valle Golf Resort commences registration

Polaris World have pleasure in announcing that their registry department has started to call clients to initiate the registration of specific units and phases of El Valle Golf Resort.

After the complete handing over of the "Mar Menor Golf Resort" and with more than 700 units registered in the "La Torre Golf Resort", Polaris World have taken the further step of handing over their most exclusive complex so far, not only in the Murcian Region, but in the whole of the southeast of Spain.

This will take place as from the 21st November and will begin with the clients in the Alcazaba building. After that we will continue with the Almudaina building and then the Phase 1 villas.

At the same time, once the deeds have been signed, the department for the handing over of the properties will organise a client inspection trip so sthe clients may check on the property.
