Commanding great views stretching many miles over the Murcia countryside towards the Mar Menor and with partial golf views as well this beautifully furnished apartment has been finished to the very highest qualities.

The terrace is a wraparound terrace that extends for a huge 39 square metres which compared to the average Polaris World terrace of approx 18.5 metres is very generous indeed. Due to this great size the terrace has a large modern style wicker sofa and 2 armchairs on one side and a dining table and 4 chairs on the other and still leaves plenty of room for other loungers etc if required.
