When we first speak with you we will ask you questions to gather as much information as possible regarding what you are looking for in your dream Spanish home and what your budget and ideal Polaris World property type would be. With you we will establish which Golf Resort would best suit your needs. You have the choice of the following; Condado de Alhama Golf Resort, which comprises of Jardines de Alhama, Cortijos de Alhama, Golf Suites de Alhama, La Isla del Condado and El Mirador de Alhama. Los Naranjos de Alhama which is sub divided in to Jana Villas, Jardines de los Naranjos de Alhama apartments and the penthouses of Los Naranjos de Alhama You can also choose a property at one of the Mar Menor golf resorts collectively known as the Orillas de Mar Menor Golf Resorts which include Mar Menor, Mar Menor 2, Terrazas de la Torre, Hacienda Riquelme, La Loma, La Torre or El Valle (please note that only Polaris World Resale property is available at La Torre and Mar Menor 1) We will then email or post to you brochures and example floor plans of what best fits these needs, we will then follow up with another phone call to discuss in greater detail the properties sent to see if this appears suitable or whether you would like some different information on other resorts or properties. We will then email you through the relevant floor plan and again follow up with a discussion to discuss your thoughts, we spend a great deal of time ensuring that the properties we choose match exactly the requirements of our clients, whether they wish to be frontline golf, within easy walking distance of shops etc etc. If you are totally happy with the property chosen we will then go through the exact financials of the buying process and will provide you with a detailed personalised payment schedule showing all the costs involved at every stage. If at this point you are 100% comfortable with everything we will suggest that you pre reserve the chosen property to ensure no one else is able to buy it for a period of up to 20 days, this involves paying a reservation fee of 3000€ by credit card or bank transfer, this reservation fee is ENTIRELY REFUNDABLE IN FULL if for any reason whatsoever you decide not to proceed. At this point we would suggest you take advantage of one of our highly popular viewing trips so that you may come and see the superb resorts and the beautiful area of Murcia for yourself. Many clients decide to do just this but equally many are quite happy not to come out if they are already familiar with the area, whichever way you choose is totally fine with us.
