Polaris World Independent Snagging Service, what do they do?
They will provide a detailed snagging report for you, the developer and your chosen solicitor within 72 hours of their visit to your property.
All noted Polaris World snagging defects will be listed in the snagging report to enable you and Polaris World to rectify all problems efficiently and quickly.
The independent Polaris World snagging company recommend that you try and attend the initial snagging appointment however they are aware this is not always possible, and therefore they are happy to carry out the Polaris World snagging visit without you being present.
The price per Polaris World snagging inspection is based on the location and size of the property to be snagged but start at €250 (+ IVA), this price also includes a second follow up inspection to the property, to check that the developer has rectified and completed all of the repairs noted in the snagging report and also a follow up of snagging for up to 2 months from the date of the first Polaris World snagging visit.
